Haul Pro Parts LLC was founded with a simple belief: trailer owners deserve better parts. After years operating a respected suspension repair and fabrication shop—we saw firsthand how light-duty trailer components were consistently failing under real everyday use. Trailer components are too often underbuilt, poorly designed, and prone to premature failure. After years of hands-on experience in the suspension and trailer repair industry, our team saw the same recurring issues—weak materials, outdated-simplistic designs, and parts that simply weren’t engineered for the real-world demands placed on them. Our customers were hauling more and expecting more from parts that were seemingly only designed to get the trailer off the assembly line.

Haul Pro Parts was created to change that.

Built on decades of field experience and thousands of hours spent evaluating how and why components break through diagnosing real-world failures, we set out to engineer a new generation of trailer parts. Our focus is not on replicating what the industry has always made, but on redesigning and strengthening the components that have the most issues. Every product is developed with durability, safety, and performance as top priorities.

OUR STORY

Haul Pro Parts began on the shop floor—not in the boardroom. The idea was formed by people with calloused hands and grease on their pants, not by corporate executives.

Over years of repairing trailers, we made a simple observation: light-duty trailer components were consistently failing to meet the real demands of modern users. Trailers were hauling more weight, traveling more miles, and being subjected to tougher conditions—yet many parts in the marketplace hadn’t evolved in decades. Trailers are routinely underbuilt with flimsy shackles, weak hangers, thin bushings, poorly manufactured equalizers, and components that simply weren’t created for the rigorous demands people were placing on their trailers.

We saw the frustration and discouragement that our customers experienced when their parts failed them- from being stranded on their vacation or unable to work because their trailer was part of their business.

We saw unsafe failures that could have been prevented. In many cases, the cheapest and thinnest parts are the only thing holding the suspension together.

We saw the impact of poor design—and the need for real improvement.

We saw the failure of low-cost components result in extensive, high-cost damage.

So, we decided to make that improvement ourselves.

PRODUCT PHILOSOPHY

Field-Driven Design

Every Haul Pro part begins with what we’ve learned in real repair environments. Often, our designs are based on what we have seen in heavy duty markets. Reinforcements that are common on class 8 semi-trucks and trailers are often missing on light duty trailers. These lessons have already been learned by the commercial truck and trailer market. This commonsense approach has allowed us to narrow our focus and bring new products to market faster and more reliably. This results in a higher “pass” rate for our parts during testing procedures.
